We also had a bad experience with Tewah. We went to Tewah, Tesco Shah Alam to buy curtains, railings and rods. We need to connect the rods and they gave us the wrong connector! Then they forgot to give us the clips for the railings. Then the curtains were short of the rings for the rods. We had to bring back the curtains and they charged us for the rings even though they wrongly calculated the rings needed. The final straw was when we installed the curtains and they were too short. We measured the windows ourselves and told them that is the size of the window and they told us to installed the rod 6inches and the railings 3inches from the windows and doors. The curtains were exactly 5 1/2 inches short! We brought back the curtains and were told they will fix it. But then they called us to tell us they need to charge us. My wife just flip and told them just give back our curtains and we will fix it somewhere else. Tewah people are THE WORST!!!

What's the point Mr Jerry? It's all water under the bridge now. I might try to find the receipt if I can be bothered for your so called improvement after your investigation because I don't think I will step into your stores anymore. What we have done and will do is spread the word around of the treatment that we received. FYI, the curtains were for our new home and with lots of people visiting and the house warming parties, kenduri's etc that we held for our friends, colleagues and relatives your stores are getting the well deserved BAD REPUTATIONS when we give them the tour of the house. Tewah Taman Permata senior citizen staff is not friendly at all. They treat us like we can't afford to buy curtains there though we spend nearly a thousand there.. worse when I call for assistant with my broken blind accessories... he's like say it loudly over the phone asking me to bring the blind and the receipt tomorrow (he stress d tomorrow word) though tomorrow is weekdays, i guess what...I am working in Shah Alam.. btw.. I am just asking whether the sell d parts..

Tewah has totally gotten from bad to WORST! After being a loyal customer of Tewah for 5 years now, I am totally DISAPPOINTED and UPSET over the services and quality of the current set of curtains I just ordered! The new Store Manager whom is supposed to rectify issues, has just called to do more damages by not just insulting the customer but has pushed all blames to TEWAH's OWN tailor, and has even ridiculously asked me to call Tewah's tailor directly because the tailor has damaged the cloth!!! Totally shoving all responsibilities and totally refusing to rectify any issue!Since Tewah made the customer pay for the full price of the curtain before they make the tailoring, when there are problems like now and they don’t even bother to look at, CUSTOMERS ARE FORCED TO ACCEPT THE BAD PRODUCTS!
I regret went to Tewah IOI today. Very bad service. How come the sales person talk bad about their customer who actually pay their salary? Just now (27 january around 7pm) I step in to your shop and I want to find jubah because you guys have a lot of attractive jubah.i take a few picture and I want to get opinion from someone but then suddenly i heard 2 malay female staff said something bad about me. What a nonsense! Their said like I don't have money to buy and of course I have more money than them! I just step out from your store without buy anything because i feel very3 dissapointed Please take immediate action for BOTH OF THEM! Or else this is my last time go there...
hi.. a few days ago i go to tewah ioi mall puchong n i look for a curtain. then come one uncle really thin n wear spectacles serve me. at first he ok. after i decide to change curtain n rail suddenly he get mad n speak really rude n he ask me go find other shop.. WHAT THE FUCK as i heard his name is san .. pls management get rid of this staff or i am ur regular customer n my tailor fren wont go buy at tewah anymore .TQ

Hi Tewah...yesterday we went to Tewah Mines and bought kain pasang for Hari Raya. Am disappointed wit ur staff coz at beginning she told me that kain pasang was enough for us but til end,after she cut all, she realized that the material not enough for us...we spent almost 3hrs at yr store...finally, we didn't get what we want. Actually this kain pasang are for all my family members..we just get 33m for kain satin and 21m for kain bunga. Now we short about 5.5m for kain satin and 3m for kain bunga.Why that staff told us that kain was enough? Then how about my others family members?they didn't get the same material wit us...am so disappointed this was happened to us.
I went to TEWAH last saturday. I love your shop, but i hate your workers. They are not alert with customer. They kept brooming all the dust in front of customer. Can you imagine the dust flew into our baby lung? Can you stop dusting if customers around and need help? I think, TEWAH should arrange a course, a couples of day course to all of your workers. They really dont know how to cooperate with customer. When i am asking abour fkannel/felt fabric, the lady answered with NO SMIKE ar all. Please la... customers are not your enemies. We come and give you our money. Dont treat people like this. GO ON, TEWAH. ARRANGE A MANNERS COuRSE FOR YOUR WORKER, SALESGIRL/BOYS to teach them how to treat customer. 2 days course, i think thats not very bad... but they will apply what they've learned in store!!
